Ingredients: 400 g shelled hazelnuts and almonds (I used 300 g hazelnuts and 100 g almonds, but if you like you can also use only hazelnuts or only almonds); 200 g dark chocolate; 200 g vanilla icing sugar; 125 ml cream (cooking cream is fine too); 1 dash of rum (I tend to be generous, but it's a matter of taste); unsweetened cocoa powder

Ingredients 6

400 g shelled hazelnuts and almonds (I used 300 g hazelnuts and 100 g almonds, but if you like you can also use only hazelnuts or only almonds)

Method

Melt the chocolate in the cream, add the icing sugar, the hazelnuts and the rum and mix well.
Leave to rest in the fridge overnight so that the mixture hardens and sets.
Then shape little balls, roll them in the cocoa and put the balls into paper cases.
